If you have any issues with our products or services, please let us know immediately by emailing email@example.com and allow us to remedy the situation, which may or may not include a refund or replacement. Refund requests may be required to show photographic documentation of the complaint. Our policy lasts 3 days from delivery. If 3 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
